What are your COVID-19 measures?All of our cleaners are double vaccinated, we advised our cleaners to disinfect in between services and they use different cloths for bathrooms, kitchens and common areas. Have the peace of mind that your safety and our team’s safety is our priority.

What cleaning products do you use?We use professional cleaning products, if you have a baby, and prefer we use eco friendly products, plesae let us know, we can certainly assign a team that use eco friendly products. For bond cleaning services, it is not easy to meet the standards without using stronger chemicals for some cleaning activities.

How do I pay? Can I get an invoice or receipt?We accept credit cards, bank transfers, and cash payment. If you require an invoice or receipt, please let us know, it will be sent to you via email. We recommend paying by credit card, any surcharge incurred will be included in your cleaning fee. We will not charge your card until after the service is complete.

What will my cleaner bring to the service?All of our cleaners come fully equipped with their own cleaning equipment and supplies. However, if you would like a particular product or equipment used in your home you are more than welcome to leave it out for the cleaner.

What if I don’t have parking available for the cleaners?Please note that we require parking to be provided for our cleaners. If you live in the city or in an area where parking is difficult, please make sure to either contact us and let us know if we can use a private car parking spot or advise if there is public parking available. Any parking costs incurred will be billed on top of the service.

Do I have to be home during the service?In general, our cleaners work most efficiently when the house is empty of people and pets, but this is entirely up to you. You can be there for the service, let the cleaner in and leave, or even not be there at all. You are more than welcome to provide access to your cleaners by way of a key/lockbox.

How can I cancel my service?We have no lock-in contracts that you need to worry about, you can cancel your service either over the phone, or email before the served day. Please notice us as early as you can, at least 2 days before the booking day.

What happens if damage is caused during the service?In the rare instance that damage is caused as a result of our service, please contact our team and provide photos. We will first seek to repair the item. When a repair is not possible, a suitable replacement will be sought,and proof of purchase will be required.

Do the cleaners have police checks?Yes, all of our cleaners are required to submit police checks before they commence any work.
